About Nutritional Therapy
A Nutritional Therapist is a fully trained healthcare professional who incorporates knowledge of medical science with the wisdom of Natural Medicine and is able to help their patients seek and address theroot cause of their problem rather than treating the symptoms, ensuring complete health .
When the body begins to malfunction, for instance showing abnormal fatigue, skin problems, arthritis or headaches etc , then its metabolism is over-stressed and could do with a helping hand.
Self help in the form of eating healthy wholesome foods and taking necessary supplements, can do a lot to help the body make the enzymes, neurotransmitters, immune cells and hormones which the body needs to function at optimal level.
My goal as a Nutritional Therapist is to empower my clients to change their biochemistry to a more balanced state using various techniques and non invasive tests, to improve digestion, reduce harmful gut bacteria, speed up removal of cellular wastes from the body and permanently reduce the inflammatory processes that cause the symptoms of most chronic illnesses.
As a result my clients overcome their disorders and achieve total wellbeing.
A high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
